I was quite disappointed with the service experience. - One middle-aged female waitress had very poor manners. Her tone was rude, and she appeared irritated when I asked questions, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. - There were flies inside the restaurant. When I informed the same staff member, her response was: “That’s normal since the door is opened and closed all the time.”. She did not apologize or take any action to address the issue, which was very unprofessional for a restaurant. - To be fair, other staff members were polite and provided good service. The problem was with only certain individuals. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff attitude and service standards to better reflect the brand’s image.
