2 stars only because the staff that took our order was patient, friendly and took time to explain the menu to us. Other than that, this was a disappointing and disgusting experience. 1. I’ve been to SaladStop a number of times and ordered the Kokoro protein bowl today. The portion I received today was less than half of what I’d normally get. I paid $19 for it (I added avocado, but who charges $3 for 3 tiny bits of avo?) and I can’t help but feel like it was a complete waste of money. I left hungry and had to buy myself a second lunch after. My friend who ordered the ceasar salad had the same experience. 2. More importantly, when I asked the lady at the cashier if they had added avocado into my bowl (cause as you can see from the image, I only see salmon and spinach), she used her finger to move the items in my bowl to check 3. When I asked the same lady if I could pay for my meal and my friend’s together. She told me that I would have to order the food together. We actually did order our food together, but were given two QR codes for payment. So I’m not sure what’s going on here. I hope the management takes this feedback very seriously because my lunch was a complete waste of my time and money. Can’t help but feel robbed since I paid $37 for 2 pathetic bowls of salad with a side of germs for the employees fingers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
