The dish was excellent and easily the highlight of the visit. The dish and drink tasted very fresh, with a nice crisp texture and plenty of aroma and flavor. You could tell that some care had gone into the ingredients and preparation, and overall the food was genuinely enjoyable. The beetroot cold-pressed juice was also on point, refreshing and very well balanced. The only thing that felt slightly mismatched was the atmosphere compared with the pricing. The place itself has more of a small, casual cafe feel, while the prices are closer to what you would expect from a proper restaurant. Because of that, the first impression can make the pricing seem a little high for the setting. That said, once the food arrived, it was much easier to understand the value. The quality and taste were more than worth it, and the service was also very good. In the end, despite the relatively simple café-style environment, the freshness of the food, the flavors, and the overall service made it a very satisfying experience.
