Used to eat frequently when i worked in tpy central. Even referred my in law to check it out. But after twice takeaway, they wouldnt bothe. They said is not the issue with the taste. But the way the food being handled. Most time there will be a lady handled the cooking while an uncle handled the payment. But my recent visit (3x) only the uncle handled or (once) a younger chap handling food and payment with bare hands He collected the payment, and turned to cooking, handling the rice noodles.or udon with his bare hand (no glove) to put into hot water to cook . and served. I thought hopefully next.round will be different. Again whenever there is only one staff mending cooking & payment, thats how it works. Handling food and money with same hand, what goes into the water goes into the soup ..Very unhygienic. I wonder if that is SFA standard??? We find it kind of gross. So stopped buying anymore. And also the food taste standard dropped. Plus they charging takeaway bowl at 50cents. I think thats too much. Leave review, hope the public is aware and the owner will reflect on hygiene. Thank you. No longer sells sushi but just salmon soup. Beside the famous rojak store at Kofu Food Court B1, the stall name has changed to Salmon Fish Soup. The soup is still quite good and can see many regulars during lunch time. Price is now $5.10 for salmon head and salmon belly soup. Have not eaten for years and glad that it's still around. Not sure if changed owners. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Belly Miso
