I loved all the seafood dishes. Must get the sardine + lobster pasta. (The only one I didnt love was the tuna belly, a bit too rich for me). Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

A Central gem for fresh seafood. I recently dined at Salon de Refuses in Central and was thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff guided us through the seafood selection, made great recommendations, and kept everything flowing smoothly without ever being intrusive. The food was even better. The seafood was remarkably fresh, and you could taste the quality in every bite. The standout was definitely the mantis shrimp: plump, sweet, and cooked to perfection—tender and juicy.The seasoning was light and balanced, letting the natural flavour of the shrimp shine. If you’re a seafood and wine lover in Central, do not miss this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $500+
