We celebrated a birthday here and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Khun Mint, Khun Few, Khun Aof, and the entire team for being so welcoming and attentive. If you are searching for the perfect Tiramisu in Bangkok, look no further than Salvia at the Grand Hyatt Erawan. After struggling to find a good version of this dessert elsewhere, we came here specifically for it, and it was absolutely worth it. We initially sat in the bar area next to the restaurant, but the staff kindly suggested we move into Salvia for the full dessert menu. The Tiramisu was incredible, perfectly moist, rich, and authentic. Paired with a hot tea, it was exactly the "escape" we needed from the heat and chaos of the city. The ambience is beautiful and sophisticated, yet welcoming. Even though we only stopped in for dessert and tea, the service was impeccable. I saw the pizzas and pastas being served to other tables and they looked delicious; I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m hungrier to try the full menu. Highly recommended for anyone craving high end Italian comfort in a calm, elegant setting! Fact Check & Clarifications • The Location: It’s located on the M Level of the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. There is a little bar called the Erawan Tea Room or the hotel's lobby lounge area, which are right next to it. • The Tiramisu: Salvia is actually famous for its Tiramisu! They use a traditional recipe with Mascarpone, espresso, and a touch of Amaretto. Ps: sorry I didn’t want to take more pictures of the place because I didn’t want to bother anyone around.
