This place is a Michelin Guide 2026 awardee, and for good reason. Samcheongdong Sujebi is the real deal. We ordered two servings of sujebi along with pajeon (Korean pancake), and everything was outstanding. There's usually a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. The moment you walk in, you can tell it's a hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shop with years of history behind it. There's nothing fancy about the space, and that's exactly what makes it so charming. The food comes out quick once you're seated, and the sujebi broth was rich and comforting with perfectly hand-torn noodles. It's the kind of meal that reminds you why simple, home-style Korean cooking is so special. If you're in the Samcheongdong area, make the stop and wait in line. You won't be disappointed!
