만약 삼합당에가서 돈차돌을 먹는다면 평점을 4점을 주고 싶습니다. 한마디로 돈차돌을 추천한다는 거죠 삼합당은 원래 제주탐하리라는 이름을 가진 식당이었어요 최근 이름을 바꾸면서 메뉴도 리뉴얼을하고, 매장 인테리어도 바뀌었습니다. 제주탐하리 시절에는 근고기 세트를 메인으로 다른 메뉴는 거의 없던 곳인데 리뉴얼하며 삼합당이 되면서 돈차돌이라는 메뉴가 추가되었습니다. 돈차돌은 돼지의 두항정살,뽈살을 이용해 만든 얇은 고기로 식감이 쫄깃하고 기름기가많아 상당히 맛있습니다 그런데 이 돈차돌은 180g에 단돈 12,000원 밖에 하지 않습니다. 물론 가격이 저렴한 만큼 구워주진 않지만 고기의 퀄리티와 가격을 생각해보면 상당히 합리적이라고 생각됩니다. 그렇다고 근고기세트가 맛이없냐? 그건 아닙니다 숯불로 초벌해서 나온 두툼한 고기를 불판에서 2차로 익혀줍니다. 숯향도 적당히 베어서 맛은 나쁘지 않습니다. 그런데 이정도보다 잘하고 가격도 저렴하면서 구워주는 곳이 요즘은 너무 많습니다. 메리트가 없다고 생각됩니다. 그래서 직접 구워먹더라도 가격도 착하고 맛도좋은 돈차돌을 추천하는것이죠 그리고 여기는 구워주는 식당임에도 불구하고 서비스가 좋다고 느껴지지가 않았습니다. 식당에 벨이 따로 없는데 직원을 불러도 잘 보지를 않아요. 신기한 곳입니다. 묵사발은 추천합니다. 영어 If I go to Samhapdang and have donchadol (thinly sliced pork belly), I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5. In other words, I highly recommend it. Samhapdang used to be called Jejutamhari, but they recently changed their name and renovated their menu and interior. During the Jejutamhari era, they mainly served a beef set menu, with few other options. However, with the renovation and the name change to Samhapdang, they added donchadol to their menu. Donchadol is a thin, chewy, and greasy meat made from pork belly and loin. It's very delicious. The price for 180g of donchadol is only 12,000 won, which is quite reasonable considering the quality of the meat. Of course, they don't grill it for you at that price, but given the quality and price, it's a good deal. This doesn't mean that the beef set menu is not good. It's actually quite delicious. They grill the thick beef over charcoal and then grill it again on a pan. The smoky flavor is just right, and it's not bad at all. However, there are many places these days that are just as good and cheap. So, I recommend donchadol because it's affordable and tasty, even if you have to grill it yourself. Also, despite being a self-grilling restaurant, the service doesn't feel particularly good. There's no bell to call the staff, and they don't seem to pay attention when you call out to them. It's an interesting place. I also recommend the muk-sabal (acorn jelly dish). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000
