細い路地の先にお店を発見。１時過ぎだけど、結構お客が入っている。若い女性が多い。 他の店舗で今のところハズレが少ない特製醤油(₩13,500)を注文。 見た目は特製なのに、他の店舗と比べると豪華さを感じない。丼ぶりには屋号が書かれていない。 美味い！ 他店舗と比べると、醤油が弱めで、塩味が少し強い。わずかだけど酸味を感じる。それがアクセントになって、飽きさせない。 一方、食べても豪華さを感じないので、普通の醤油で十分だと思う。 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Sammidang is famous for its owner, who studied abroad in Japan, making authentic ramen based on chicken broth. The special feature is that you can choose the broth according to your taste. It is topped with pork shoulder, chicken, wontons, soft-boiled eggs, etc. and finished with truffle oil to bring out the flavor. The taste is top notch as the broth, noodles, and seasoning are made in-house. Mazemen, a Nagoya-style mixed ramen reinterpreted to suit our tastes, is also popular. The clam broth ramen and gyoza, which are good for hangovers, are also delicious.
