My wife and I had a wonderful morning with Jul, expanding our knowledge of Thai Cuisine! We got picked up from our hotel as part of the price :) We went round the local market and looked at all the fresh ingredients, then arrived at her home surrounded by freshly grown fruit, spices and Veg! Our choice was to cook a Massaman, Thai Green, Pad Kee Mao, Glass Noodle Salad and some amazing spring Rolls! (She will arrange what dishes beforehand including chicken/prawn/tofu options). Any thai dishes are available and she will adjust the menu for allergens or food dislikes. Each dish was brilliant and my wife and I already have a shopping list for what to take home with us! This is my second cooking class in koh samui, and whilst i enjoyed the first one a lot, this felt like I learned a lot about why its cooked a certain way, not just how, which is great for those who really love cooking!

I had the pleasure of taking the Samui Good Herb Thai cooking class and it was simply amazing! The cooking instructor was not only very competent, but also incredibly funny and entertaining. Not only did she teach us how to prepare typical Thai dishes, but she also shared some interesting cooking tips that I will definitely use at home. I was particularly impressed by how easy she made it for us to cook the different dishes. She explained everything step by step and helped us when we had questions. In the end, all three of us prepared delicious dishes that we enjoyed together. I would recommend the Samui Good Herb Thai cooking class to anyone who wants to have an authentic experience and learn to cook Thai dishes. The cooking instructor made sure we all felt comfortable and enjoyed the time. A really great experience!
