Visited this ramen spot recently and had a nice experience overall. The tom yum was rich, tangy, and full of flavor, while the cold noodles were refreshing and absolutely delicious. The dumplings were just okay, nothing special. Still worth a visit for the noodles! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I tried approximately three to four ramen dishes, and overall none of them reached even a basic standard. Each component—whether the noodles, the broth, or the toppings—lacked development and cohesion. It is difficult to believe that the restaurant confidently describes its food as “authentic Japanese ramen.” The overall impression was that of pre-made or frozen ingredients assembled together, rather than dishes prepared with care, intention, and appropriate technique. Although the restaurant presents itself as serving authentic Japanese ramen, the execution reflects an insufficient understanding of ramen craftsmanship. As served, the ramen fails to convey the quality, depth, balance, and craftsmanship associated with truly authentic Japanese ramen...
