육개장 seems nice to eat during winter times so we came here after visiting the nearby River Fish Eco Museum. They have the regular 육개장 which is spicy and the clear soup for kids. We ordered both plus the mandu. The portion was quite big. The regular 고사리육개장 as expected was spicy, but more delicious than the clear one. The soup tasted like 설렁탕, so the taste was different, only the ingredients were the same. The mandu didnt taste so special, just regular dumpling in my opinion. There was small parking next to the restaurant, when we came there were nobody so we could park our car but afterwards there were more people coming in, so I think they parked outside on the street. There was only one middle aged woman that we saw, she was okay, the no nonsense type.. it wasnt even 1 minute when we entered the restaurant and there was nobody, yet she didnt let us think what we will order and straightforward asking what we want. When i asked for how big was the portion she didnt answer right away, i had to look myself for the bowls to estimate how big the portion was. So not the most friendly of staff.
