An outstanding dining experience. The sashimi was of exceptional quality – incredibly fresh with perfect texture and clean, precise flavors. Each cut felt carefully selected, and the presentation was simple yet elegant. What makes this place special is the Japanese fusion approach in a Korean setting. It creates a unique balance – refined, detail-driven, yet relaxed and approachable. A special mention to the soju – highly recommended alongside the meal. It pairs surprisingly well with the sashimi, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. This is a place for those who truly appreciate quality and craftsmanship over quantity.
