Trained your staff to be more professional next time! Paid for service charge but received this kind of poor and rude service while talking on the phone and just pointing fingers when talking to us. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I just had my Dinner at Sanook Kitchen - City Square Mall. Food was good but the staff’s attitude was absolutely terrible. They didn’t bother to greet when we arrive but that’s ok. The worst experience was that while I was still eating the staff comes to me with the Bill and asked me for the payment. I said that I will pay by card so she asked me to give the card so she can swipe. I asked why is so rush are you closing? It was just 9.30 pm and I was about to finish that they could very well see in my plate. I was told that they will close at 10 but they want to cover the payment. Although I gave the card but the staff made me feel as if I will go without making payment and you know what the amount was just SGD 13.31. On top of that they did not bother to greet while I was leaving. Even the staff of a food court joints are better when it comes to treatment to customers but the staff at Sanook Kitchen City Sqaure mall were terrible. So my request to Management of Sanook Kitchen is to please keep a very experienced team at your restaurant who understand that the guests don’t come to restaurants like yours just to have good food but they also come for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I did not get a very good experience at this restaurant of yours. Food: 3 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
