I write to compliment your staff member, Fa, for her pleasant service. Two saturdays ago, as i lingered at your Bedok outlet, undecided where to lunch, Fa approached encouraging me to enter. I chose Sanook because of just that. I returned a week later and was greeted by Fa again, this time with recognition. She brought a glass of water to me before i realised that the restaurant has a self-service corner for water. Top marks for that! On both my visits, i ordered a dine-in meal and a takeaway. Both meals were fine. For service like Fa's, Sanook would be a favourite lunch spot after my weekly aerobics sessions! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’m super impressed with one of your super friendly staff, Amirah’s service. The scan to order network was bad. She was very patients and took our orders in a very cheerful friendly way. She makes my day after a long day of work. Such staffs should be rewarded and appreciated by the employer too. Will be back just because of her cheerful smile and service provided. Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Soup Vegetarian options: No sure
