This is the worst restaurant I've ever been in to in Thailand. Incompetent service and tasteless food. It's a shame there's no one to supervise their staff because they have absolutely no skill in the service industry and Food & Beverage. In 2025 the chain as begun a rebranding phase to attract a wider audience, but they should really be training employees before. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

7 years of eating here we were surprised with the upgrades and new menu with far more choices. Naturally more expensive and maybe this is due to the wonderful new English speaking waitress, (Sun) who was by far the best staff we have ever seen here. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An overall horrible experience, staff didn't seem to care what was going on. The steak that came out was undercooked and I sent it back, when it came back out it was of very poor quality. I complained, paid for my chips which I had began to eat and made for the door. If you like steak do not visit Santa Fe
