Thai food with a twist and an appetising one at best! Ordered the braised pork with egg. Flavourful succulent meat, so tender it melts in your mouth. I ordered the crab omelette. Most of the crab omelette is all egg and hardly any crab. This crab omelette is pretty much stuffed full of crab meat and the egg acted as a shell to hold the crabby goodness inside. Yummy. The simple cabbage dish was elevated with fried grinded shrimp bits which was very well seasoned. Not too salty as it complimented very well with the raw crunchiness, a hint of bitterness and the buttery taste of the cabbage.

Amazing Thai food. Even as a Thai, I was impressed—the menu features many rare dishes that are hard to find at other Thai restaurants. I deducted one star for the outdoor atmosphere, as the large parking area slightly detracts from the restaurant’s overall appeal. However, once you step inside, it’s a true world of gastronomy, and you will never regret dining here. I’ve visited three times in a row and will definitely be coming back for more. We were supposed to be taken for a nice dinner as part of our meetings, the experience was disappointing. The deco is nice and unique. We booked the side space to fit us. The menu is nice, full of local dishes. The food served was OK although I the beef was more chewy than tender. The fish signature was very niceky presented and good. Why I won't go again? The service is pathetic. They confused query about a dish with ordering it. We ended up with two or three dishes never ordered. The pace of the service, while we were almost by ourselves, was extremely slow and badly paced. We were a dozen of us. Near 45 min between the first to last served. To add, the common dishes, the fishes, were served when we were all done with our own dishes and no longer hungry, and ready about to leave. We ended up leaving most of it. I don't know how many are on the kitchen but the result gives the impression that only one person is there doing all with only one fire. Bangkok offers plenty of choice for traditional restaurant experiences. I won't recommend this one, even if you are staying in one of the nearby hotel and coming in group of more than 4 people. I saw another review below pointing exactky the same service issue ... Meaning nothing has improved four months after. They obviously don't read customer feedback. Good potential list.
