Even if we see things differently.Everything you read in the menu was written intentionally. It ‘s not mean to glorify myself, but to share the philosophy, passion, and creativity journey behind Sasatorn I believe that when people understand the story behind what we’re eating and drinking, it can create a more meaningful experience.When I wrote about the collaboration with my team, I meant exactly that. While my ideas may start with me . Nothing at Sasatorn is possible without talent people who work alongside with me everyday. They deserve as much credit as I do.I’m certainly not Picasso, nor do I aspire to be anyone famous. I’m simple someone who has dedicated many years of my life to coffee, food, and hospitality. Putting my name and signature on the menu isn’t about who—-it’s about taking responsibility for everything we serve standing behind my work.That’s said , I respect that our style isn’t for anyone.
