「麻辣燙(マーラータン)辛さ2」を注文しました。 初めて食べた料理で、色んな具材が入って食べながら色んな食感が味わえました。 スープの中に春雨が入って、白米付きのヒトシナでしたので、十分の量でした。 店主は北京出身なので、「中華」ではなく、本格の中国の味です。日本人の口には辛いかもしれませんが、そのかわりやみつきの味付けです。 店主が一人で運営と調理しているので、料理が出るまでちょっと時間がかかることがあります。少し気長に待つのがおすすめです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

Kept hearing from our youngest daughter about trying Mala Tang (Spicy Numbing Hot Soup), as there seem to be many restaurants in Osaka that serve this. So, my wife and I finally tried it at Saturn Kitchen in Urasoe, Okinawa. The interior is very clean, the tables are spacious, and having comfortable cushions made it even more relaxing. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy, and the Saturn Kitchen building is easily noticeable from the street when approaching. There are 5 spicy levels to choose from. My wife chose the 2-level, and I went with the 3-level, fingers crossed. Lol You know it is great when nose runs a bit, and eyes become watery, yet mouth is not on fire, and the taste is Oh my, Oh me! The Ma La Tang was exceptionally delicious and tongue-numbing, It had lots of vegetables, meatballs, pork strips, crab meat, 2 types of mushrooms, noodles, and was very healthy for your body. The owner is from Beijing, and the cuisine quality was truly authentic Chinese. We will definitely be dining here again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
