This review made our day — thank you for such a thoughtful write-up. Being called a non-pretentious, niche Canadian-style wing spot is a huge compliment and exactly what we’re trying to build. Love that you noticed the quality of the wings, the sauce selection, and especially that signature all-drumstick setup. Great picks too — Dirty Cowboy, Chik-Fil-Eh, and Classic are strong choices, and we’re extra happy the Thai flavours stood out. Crispy, juicy, saucy, and letting the wings do the talking is always the goal. Also appreciate the shout on Mondays and Thursdays — sounds like you’ve already got the game plan figured out. Thanks for the awesome review! We do like to get a little carried away with the sauce around here… “lightly sauced” is not in our vocabulary. Says it in our name. Although we can always ask for sauce on the side, light sauce, or dry rub. And yes, we’re hidden like a secret wing dungeon in Bangkok — but the messy treasure is worth the hunt.
