ジャンセイロンじゃらboltで山中の急こう配を超え、約50~60THBにて辿り着けます。 Oneday：300THB、タオル付、水1本（Min）30THB ミストサウナ（低温）、ドライサウナ（高温/セルフロウリュウ） 他ドローカルサウナと比較すると、若干お高め、フードもそこそこのお値段 日本人のサウナルールの感覚や民度の高さを求めるのは、 観光客の多い海外サウナでは難しいでしょうね。 相変わらず、サウナ後に汗を流さず水風呂に入るのはデフォルト、飛び込むやからも泣

自然の中で何もしないをする。 最初に言うことはこの場所は不便なことが多いです。 旅行者向けの至れり尽くせりのサービスを期待するとがっかりするかもしれません。 しかしそれ以上に僕が好きなサウナの一つです。 スタッフさんは丁寧に英語で説明してくれて 親切です。 ロケーションは丘の上で見晴らしがよく、すぐ裏手には森があって日本では聞き慣れない鳥の囀りが聞こえます。 何もせずにのんびり過ごすにはもってこいだと思います。 値段は2025年時点で入場200バーツ 貸しタオル50バーツ 販売水着150バーツでした。 タオルと水着持参なら200バーツだけです。 1番不便だったのはGrabが侵入禁止エリアの用で検索しても絶対に出てこないことです。 行く時はレンタルバイクかBOLTでいけます。 バングラ通り付近から70バーツくらいでした。

Sauna Patong Bar was one of the best highlights of my trip to Phuket Thailand. Hands down best sauna experience I've had worldwide. The sauna with the ambient sounds, herbal scents and the ceremony make it a one of a kind experience. The owners and staff keep it very traditional, holistic and relaxing. The food, drinks and teas are made with fresh ingredients and taste amazing, as well as prices being good and affordable. I Highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. Hey Muqi, thank you for the great review. Yes, we are having now the ceremonies / Aufguss every 2 hours and the guests are loving it. The dry sauna / Finnish sauna / Russian Banya is very hot. C+. Steam sauna is run a 100% with natural herbs and best for a good lung detox, while the dry sauna is best to sweat toxins out. Before and after the sauna you can use our cold tubs / ice baths to get the health benefits of cold exposure. In case you want it extra cold and private you can rent a private tub with fresh water and ice up to your own needs. After the sauna sessions it's very recommended to have a relaxing massage or a body scrub with our professional massage staff. We try to provide a natural calm oasis in the city. Serving food and drinks for detox but as well to retox ;) if wanted. Let our place surprise you
