I feel they put all the effort into the cafe and the hostel is just an afterthought. I had a private room and it was dirty. Largest cockroach I've ever seen in this world. My standards for hostels are the ones I've stayed in, in the jungles of Nicaragua. They were better there. I really dislike giving a negative review. But, I've been budget traveling for a month and this has been the worst stay. The air con wasn't working too great until I realized the windows were open. There was dried pooh on the TP rolls. Went out and purchased my own. I understand there are language barriers but the staff could have been more helpful. Service: 2
