Hands down some of the best ice cream I’ve had, not just in Taiwan but internationally. The owner is a lovely man who gives generous servings and was kind enough to offer us water during our cycling trip. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
