เรียนคุณ Annie Ho ลูกค้าที่เคารพ,ก่อนอื่น ทางโรงแรมขอขอบพระคุณเป็นอย่างสูง ที่ท่านได้เลือกกลับมาใช้บริการห้องอาหารของเราอีกครั้ง และเรารู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ท่านมีความประทับใจต่ออาหารและบริการจากครั้งก่อนหน้าในนามของฝ่ายบริหารโรงแรม ทางเราขออภัยอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อความไม่สะดวกที่ท่านได้รับในวันที่ 23 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 ซึ่งท่านได้ลงมารับประทานอาหารเย็นในเวลา 19.00 น. แต่ไม่ได้รับการให้บริการที่ห้องอาหารตามที่ตั้งใจ เนื่องจากในวันและเวลาดังกล่าว ห้องอาหารดังกล่าวมีการจัดงาน GROUP Dinner แบบปิด (Private Group) ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องปิดให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าทั่วไปชั่วคราวทั้งนี้ ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงแรมได้แนะนำให้ท่านใช้บริการที่ห้องอาหารอื่นภายในโรงแรมซึ่งยังคงเปิดให้บริการตามปกติ อย่างไรก็ตาม เราขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงที่ไม่มีการแสดงป้ายประกาศหรือแจ้งล่วงหน้าไว้อย่างชัดเจนบริเวณด้านหน้าห้องอาหาร ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ควรจะได้รับการดูแลให้ดียิ่งขึ้น เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความสับสนหรือความรู้สึกผิดหวังแก่ลูกค้าทุกท่านทางโรงแรมขอน้อมรับข้อเสนอแนะของท่านไว้ด้วยความเคารพ และจะนำไปปรับปรุงกระบวนการสื่อสารให้มีความชัดเจนและทั่วถึงมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งในส่วนของการแจ้งล่วงหน้าและการจัดแสดงป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ ณ จุดสำคัญ เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสร้างความประทับใจสูงสุดแก่ผู้เข้าพักทุกท่านเราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะมีโอกาสได้ต้อนรับท่านอีกครั้งในโอกาสถัดไป พร้อมทั้งมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดดังที่ท่านคาดหวังจากทางโรงแรมขอแสดงความนับถืออย่างสูงฝ่ายบริหารโรงแรมการ์เด้น คลิฟ รีสอร์ท แอนด์ สปา พัทยา ทีม.,Dear Ms. Annie Ho,First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust in choosing to dine with us again. We are truly delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with our food and service on your previous visit.On behalf of the hotel management, we would like to extend our deepest apologies for the inconvenience you encountered on April 23, 2025, when you came down for dinner at 7:00 PM, only to find that the restaurant was unavailable. On that particular evening, the restaurant was reserved exclusively for a private group dinner, and therefore was temporarily closed to the public.While our staff had recommended an alternative dining venue within the hotel, which remained open during that time, we sincerely regret that there was no visible signage or prior notice provided at the entrance of the restaurant. We acknowledge that this oversight may have caused confusion and disappointment, and we take this matter very seriously.Please rest assured that your feedback has been respectfully received, and we are committed to improving our communication and signage protocols.
