Our BBQ dinner is consistently rated very highly by the vast majority of our guests, both for quality and for value, and we stand fully behind our pricing and product. Perception of “expensive” is highly subjective and often depends on individual budget expectations. For most of our guests, the price is reasonable and reflects the quality of ingredients, preparation, and service provided. Fortunately, many excellent budget alternatives are available in the area for those seeking a different price range. We also note that this review was posted simultaneously with several other unusually low ratings for nearby businesses, without specific or constructive details. Such patterns make it difficult to view the feedback as an objective reflection of an actual dining experience. We welcome fair, factual, and constructive criticism and are always open to direct communication. However, we would like to remind readers that in Thailand, public statements about businesses are expected to be accurate, made in good faith, and compliant with local laws protecting business reputation. We thank our many guests who continue to support us and enjoy our food, and we remain confident in the experience we offer.
