We’re sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations, and we will definitely take your comments about the eggs, bacon, and overall value into account to improve our quality. Regarding the coffee, we would like to clarify what happened. The charge of 75 THB was not for an “extra shot” added to your latte. You initially ordered an iced latte, and afterwards you placed a separate order for a hot espresso. This is why it was charged as a full espresso rather than an additional shot (which normally costs 20 THB when requested at the time of ordering the latte). At the time of payment, we explained this to you. Changing the purpose of the espresso after it has been prepared and served makes it difficult for us to adjust the charge, as we must ensure fairness to all customers. We always aim to be transparent and fair in our pricing, and we’re sorry for any misunderstanding during your visit. Your feedback is still valuable to us, and we will use it to improve both our food and communication moving forward.
