had a wonderful time at seafood stand tonight and enjoy it a lot ! what we ordered tonight (2 person ) - French Oyster Soup x2 - Shrimp Cake - Carbonara - Clam & Truffle Oil Pasta - Cappuccino Encore - French Oyster Soup - Crisscut Fries French Oyster Soup is very very very delicious ! didn't expect the soup has a very rich oyster flavour, feel like eating oyster the two pasta is way beyond our expectation as pasta is $46-$48 but the quality is just like an at least $9x + pasta from other western restaurant in Hong Kong ! I should say carbonara score 10 * ! just one minor thing is that the portion size for the clam pasta and the carbonara can be more equal. Can see that the portion for clam pasta is smaller then carbonara. BUT I SHOULD SAY, THIS IS JUST A VERY MINOR THING. the Crisscut Fries + the tomato sauce is another surprise! Very crispy crisscut fries! I am a Ketchup person when it comes to fries. Never expect in a ordinary ketchup bottle, is their house made tomato sauce with herbs ! OMG! just very yummy ! come on !! I can say I am paying for a fast food price but having mid level service + food ! Way beyond our expectation !! price is cheap but food quality definitely + certainly 5* ! thanks for this great meal ! will definitely come back and try the burger and other appetisers & seafood !
