Extremely photogenic food. The truffle coated beef katsu is their signature. The coating adds aroma and textural complexity, meanwhile the beef itself is not seasoned. They offer a yakiniku dipping sauce, but it would be even better if they served some coarse salt on the side as well. Due to limited seating, be prepared to wait. Overall very fun dining experience.
