Dear Sum Yick,Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience.Unfortunately, our phone service provider was temporarily not working properly at the time, so we may not have been able to receive calls as normal. Our staff did their best to help, but unfortunately it was already the last order time, so we were unable to take the order. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and for any misunderstanding. We will review our phone service and staff communication to make sure this does not happen again.Thank you again for letting us know.

9 of us went there for dinner, tried the signature crispy chicken, mentaiko prawn and seafood linguine, mixed grill, black truffle linguine etc. the crispy chicken was really crispy on the outside and juicy inside, one of the best we have tried. The linguines were great, love the sauce of the mentaiko linguine. Mixed grill was good although can do with more black pepper sauce, but the meat was good. We love the chips very much, rarely find restaurants use this kind of chips. Decor was nice as well, nice place for gathering. Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
