Segreto Exclusive Italian by Ermanno Lelli is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Bangkok - a city full of world class eateries. What separates, Segreto from the others is Chef Lelli’s enthusiastic approach to the chef’s table format. Similar to the way a good professor facilitates a conversation ala the Socratic method, Chef Lelli gets everyone talking as he shares facts, history and personal experiences while serving some of the best pasta this side of Italy. Segreto feels less like dining out among strangers and more like dining in with friends and that is the magic of Italian cuisine when properly delivered. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿2,000+
