An exceptional dining experience with impressively fresh, thick-cut sashimi. We ordered two sets featuring rich salmon belly, buttery otoro, sweet hotate, and delicate botan ebi. Each slice was generously portioned, delivering a luxurious, melt-in-the-mouth texture. The otoro was indulgently fatty, while the scallops were clean and naturally sweet. Service was warm, attentive, and seamless throughout, elevating the entire dining experience into something both refined and deeply satisfying.
