Their recommended dish is a steak. The steak is a chuck cut which in my experience is better braised or roasted until it melts. While the steak was cooked extremely well the cut meant it was particularly tough and stringy. The paired vegetables did not blend well in the flavour profile in my opinion, especially the roasted tomatoes which were a suspicious kind of sweet. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will say that the other people at the table had the tiramisu and said it was very good unfortunately I could not have it (for those of you following my quest for the best tiramisu in the past, I have since discovered I have a milk intolerance) Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chance upon Sentinel while strolling around Sinsa. Decided to have our brunch here and I’m not disappointed at all! Here’s what we ordered: • Bacon cheese sandwich • Mushroom truffle risotto • Basil Aglio e Olio Highly recommend it to anyone to try out Sentinel if you’re along this street!
