May 2026: It has high ratings, and the price point is mid-range for the area. My set meal was $108 + 10% service charge. (order via QR code and fetch your own water) The staff are Korean, and the restaurant is clean and air-conditioned. The set includes two kimchi side dishes—I really enjoyed the kimchi! The broth is served skimmed of fat, so it feels light and easy to drink. The noodles are knife-cut; they have a similar texture to Shanxi knife-cut noodles but are slightly thinner, which is typical for the Korean style. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and was surprised to get half a chicken. The meat wasn't very smooth, but the dipping sauce was delicious—tangy and appetizing. My friend had the clam noodle soup, which came with a generous 23 clams; they were incredibly full by the end of the meal! It is not very close to the MTR station. Since it is quite hot in the summer, I recommend bringing an umbrella for the walk. Afterward, we stopped by Moro Pain (Japanese bakery) right next door to pick up some bread to finish off the trip. Clean, spacious, and comfortable — no cramped seating here. The noodle dishes come with many meats option. We had the spicy pork bone noodles which are packed with big, tender pork ribs. The kimchi is excellent too, making a great side to the meal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: No vegetarian option. But a staff help me manage, thanks to him.

I visited Seoul Noodle tonight for a quick bite. The food itself was acceptable—the noodles were chewy, though the soup base for the kimchi cold noodle could definitely be improved. I expected a fresh, crisp taste in the cold noodle, but it wasn’t there. What ruined the experience was the terrible service (or rather, the complete lack of it). When I went to settle the bill, the cashier simply pointed the card machine at me without saying a single word—no greeting, no confirmation of the amount, nothing. This kind of silent, dismissive interaction is extremely rude, especially when customers are being charged a 10% service fee for what is essentially no service at all. It’s obvious there is zero staff training provided to the floor staff. A restaurant that charges for service should at least ensure basic courtesy and communication. Sadly, Seoul Noodle failed completely in this regard, and that’s why it deserves only one star. P.S. Don’t trust the 5-star Google reviews here—they were all left just to get the free soft drinks.
