鉄板焼きの老舗です。ハンバーグランチは駐在員の中では定番。少し平べったくしたハンバーグにワインベースと思われる煮込みソースがかかり、目玉焼きがのって、贅沢なランチです。 夜は一階のカウンター席であれば、目の前で鉄板焼きパフォーマンスを見せてもらいながら、上質な肉料理を堪能できます。

Indulging in yet another exquisite culinary experience at this cherished restaurant. Over the years, its unwavering commitment to using the finest raw materials, ingredients, mastering cooking techniques and skills have consistently impressed me. This establishment has truly become, in my view, one of Bangkok's finest Japanese teppanyaki gems, where elegance and precision blend seamlessly in every meticulously crafted detail. The warm and welcoming demeanor of the owner and staffs is another big plus. P.S. Despite having visited various Teppanyaki establishments, including the Marriott (which is quite famous in Bangkok), Serina teppanyaki remains my top choice.
