The shop owner learned how to make udon noodles in Japan and has a professional qualification certificate. The shop is not big, but there are still a lot of people at noon. The first stall in the store is noodles, and then you need to choose the fried food at stall two and the snacks and drinks at stall three, and then pay. Zaru Udon (99 baht): I like to eat cold udon noodles. It would be better if the noodles are ice colder or if ice cubes are added to the dipping sauce. phuket udon (99 baht): Udon noodles with Phuket curry flavor. Chicken (35 baht), Fried shrimp (35 baht), Fried pumpkin (19 baht), Fried vegetables (25 baht) Among the fried items, I think the shrimp is the most delicious and the fastest-selling.
