A Japanese restaurant in the Samduk-dong area specializing in tendon — rice bowls topped with tempura. Siksinhot Simple concept, executed well. The tempura is properly crisp, the soft-boiled egg is a highlight, and the soy-glazed rice underneath ties it all together cleanly. Dining Code The beef rice bowl and cold noodles round out a focused, well-considered menu. Postype Value is one of its strongest suits — solid quality at a price point that makes it a local favorite. Dining Code That said, it sells out regularly, so arriving early is advisable. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30am to 7:30pm, with a midday break.
