There were few servers trying to take care of all the tables. The food was good but the service was really bad. We had to wave at servers many times to get their attention. It was very unorganized. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible Experience! The staff has some kind of attitude, they don’t speak well, they don’t smile, they don’t offer water, don’t respond when you call them, add items to the final bill by themselves without serving it. I borderline faced racism, while other Thai people were seated and offered water, we were left ignored, unattended and left out. The tall slim guy with long hair went to a different table while we were in the middle of ordering our food. This needs to be looked at by the management. I wanted to cancel a few items due to this rude behaviour and asked the guy to cancel one item out of 6 items just a minute after placing the final order. And he mentioned this cannot be cancelled I insisted on cancelling and he went away without a confirmation and later served the dish. When we refused and cancelled it again, he mentioned there can be no cancellations. Made us wait for half an hour and left the restaurant when asked to settle the bill. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
