One of the best roasteries in Samyan. The interior design is so cozy and industrial - high ceilings, warm lights, reclaimed wood bar, and real coffee sacks from farms like San Luis and Sucafina displayed everywhere. You feel the specialty coffee culture immediately. Clean, quiet, great for work or just enjoying a slow coffee. I had the Hand Drip Hot - Papua Blueberry Sorbet (130 THB) - the barista was amazing. You can see from my video how focused and precise he is with the pour-over, temperature and timing. The grind and the pour-over technique itself was perfect, very professional. My choice of bean was not the ideal for me this time - this one has a very strong fruity / berry fermented flavor, the fruity smile was too much for my taste. But that's NOT the coffee shop's fault, it's my choice of profile. It's not that the coffee is not good, it's just that this type is more funky / fruity than I usually like. I'm sure there are many people who LOVE this kind of profile, and I'm positive if I choose a different bean next time I will enjoy it even more. Price is very fair for specialty hand drip, and the quality of brewing is top. Will definitely come back to try their other single origins.
