Unfortunately, the service has absolutely no idea what is going on. There is a clear lack of a competent manager who could properly coordinate the staff and the food service. We are just after Christmas Eve dinner, which was a complete disaster. Everyone received their food at different times, communication in English was very poor, around ten different waiters approached and served us without knowing what was happening, there were huge delays, taking orders was pure chaos, tablecloths were flying away, a fire show was performed while some guests were eating and others were still waiting, the lights were turned off while people were eating fish, and dessert was served without clearing the table beforehand. The fire show should not have taken place at all due to extremely strong wind, and on top of that there was incredibly loud techno music on Christmas Eve. The hotel has enormous potential, but what is happening here is total chaos. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
