若い頃福臨門時代に初めて食事で散財した思い出深いレストランに久し振りに来てみました。 お家騒動後の評価が以前の様には良くないようでかなりメニューは絞ったのですが焼物は流石一流だと思いました しかし点心はフカヒレが殆ど入っていないスープ餃子は最悪で上湯麺にするべきでした。他の点心は悪くは無いですが良くも無かったので食事は4にさせて頂きました あと焼物単品は320HKGですが2種盛りのハーフ＆ハーフだと430HKGになる事はオーダーした時に説明して欲しかったなぁ。 あと欧州のレストランに慣れてしまうとサービスが非常に慌ただしいというか急かされているように感じてしまいました。しかし総じて心配していた事は無く良かった。. The restaurant didn’t fail us. Suckling pig is definitely a star especially with the sun-glasses The BBq pork and fried chicken are both nice but we don’t really like the crispy pork. Steamed fish with soy sauce is delicious and well-balanced. The signature noodle with soup is also really good. Good service, polite, attentive, with helpful advice. Price is quite high, it cost approximately 800HKD per head Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Seventh Son (Tsim Sha Tsui) For our anniversary, my partner surprised me with a reservation at this restaurant. We went in the evening—the view was beautiful, with the sea visible between high-rise buildings, surrounded by the city skyline. The service was decent. The food was average, but the prices were quite high. We ordered 3 dishes and 2 desserts, and the total came to around HKD 2,000. The staff stood nearby the entire time, constantly changing our plates. While it’s meant to be attentive service, it felt a bit uncomfortable and intrusive. That said, here are my favorite dishes (in order): • Steamed Spot Prawn with Egg Yolk & Hua Diao Wine — my top pick • Traditional Rock Salt Chicken — second favorite • Clay Pot Crab with Vermicelli — average • Mango Sago — really good, loved the mango pudding • Egg Custard Layered Cake — the most unfamiliar taste for me Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
