This restaurant is outrageous. While I was at the condiment station adding sauce, a female server aggressively told me to move away while carrying a bucket of soy sauce, as if I were interfering with her work. She disturbed me and still had such an attitude? How rude! What gives them the right to charge a 10% service fee? Don't they know that "service" means serving customers? Tried Shabu Sai and overall had a good experience. The place was a bit cramped and we had to wait around 15 minutes to be seated, but the fast service made up for it. Soup base was just your standard flavors but the meat was really good. There were enough choices for sides and add-ons too. Free flow drinks come with ice cream too. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot Kid-friendliness: not really
