とても安いし衛生的。野菜やキノコが沢山たべられるが中国産かもしれない。肉の味も悪く無いです。ドリンクバーをつけたらデザートのソフトクリームが食べられるのが楽しみ

Our 1st visit on today 15/05/2026 to celebrate my dad's birthday & my birthday on 01/08/2026(2nd visit). We are very impressed with the services. Staff name of Meladain(if i didn't remember wrongly) are super observant & friendly and manager plus 1 of the china lady staff. All are very nice!!! Beef slice was delicious, pork bone/yuzu soup base is highly recommended too. Thank you for making our days happy!^^ (15/05/2026, 730pm) (01/08/2026, 830pm) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Floven the pinoy manager is absolutely terrible at customer service. The fact that there are numerous complaints about her but Shabu Sai’s management continues to allow her bad behaviour to run amok tells you everything you need to know about this company. To add insult to injury, this hotpot restaurant is boiling hot in the interior. Why you would choose the top floor of a mall that operates on a central air-conditioning system to run a hotpot business where there is active heat blowing into customers’ faces is beyond me. Generally just an awful experience. Management should be embarrassed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Eugene, We are sorry to hear about your experience at Shabu Sai NEX. We take your feedback regarding the service provided very seriously and will review the matter internally with the outlet management team. We have also noted your concern about the restaurant temperature and will check the air-conditioning and ventilation conditions with the mall management. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. Please email us at [email protected] with your visit date and time so that we can investigate the matter further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
