予約は受け付けておらず、ウォークインのみとのことです。席に案内される前にスープのベースは何にするか聞かれます。90分の食べ放題で、何度ても注文できますが、食べ残すと100gあたりいくらとか払わなければいけないと書いてありますが、実際にはチェックはしてないのかもしれません。ただ、食べ残しはもったいないので食べる分だけ注文するべきだと思います。野菜がたくさん食べられて値段もリーズナブルだと思います。店員さんも感じ良かったです。

日本のリーズナブルなしゃぶしゃぶと同じぐらいのクオリティでした。だしはゆずととんこつをチョイス、どちらも美味しかったです。優しいポン酢の味が染みました！

Went there for lunch with my wife and two kids. Simply asked for a couch seat so that my kids can sit. But to our unpleasant surprise the Staff called Tin Tin just blanked us and served the people behind us in the queue. This is truly unprofessional and rude in the service industry. When asked why did she do that - Tin Tin came up with excuses that she was trying to find the seats for us. But it was not evident she was doing so - she just blanked and ignored us. We have dined in Shabu Sai outlets all over the island but this is the worst discriminatory treatment we have received. Tin tin really deserves to be retrained in her attitude. Company management should really look into who is on the ground treating the customers like this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
