食べ放題のしゃぶしゃぶ。海老も大きくお肉も美味しかったです。店内清潔。駐車場もいっぱい、スタッフも笑顔で素敵でした。

One of the worst restaurant in Phuket. I have never had such an experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant is very bad, flies came and sat on the meat while eating. We tried to scare away the flies but the service staffs did not do anything even though they saw them, there was garbage on the floor. Also, the staffs are not even worthy of being called service staffs, they do not have a single smile on their face. Also, the music is playing loudly, the staffs are talking to each other louder than that music, there is no support or assistant to the customers, the worst thing is when I asked for more soup, I was eating Tom Yum Soup but they put Mala Soup in the Tom Yum Soup without asking me. They do not even know greetings and respect. It is terrible. I do not know how they get 4.5 stars, but for me it does not even deserve 1 star. Even if your restaurant serves free food, it is not a restaurant worth visiting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience during your visit. We are truly sorry for the flies in the restaurants and some of our staffs are not welcoming as they should have been, and the sound of music is too loud, and most importantly that we served the wrong soup by bringing Mala instead of Tom Yum. These are not the standard we strive to provide and we take your comments seriously. We have already shared your comments with our team to improve our service. We apologize and thank you for your feedback.
