I love this restaurant so much. Good quality and reasonable price. Thanks to chef and all staff good take care every time.

Visited with a friend today (Saturday 10-03-2018) 8:00 pm) for dinner ... the food and the presentation was quite OK unfortunately the service and the provided attention was more then poor ..... we ordered Edamame - which were frozen beans, warmed up in the microwave and covered with tons of salt :-( the Sashimi came still frozen on the table and was cut into really big chunks :-( the Shabu was OK, but again, the sliced meet was still frozen and stuck together to a lump ... kidneys were just sliced, without removing the hard inner parts :-( we cancelled the ordered Tempura, as it took already 30 min. to get the above dishes served - and as we nearly finished eating and the Tempura was still not in sight .... we decided to cancel it :-( not only that service staff was not able to provide an organized and timed service (first order - first serve), they were not able to clear the neighboring tables of dirty dishes after the customer left :-( One female staff was just standing behind the counter and frequently chatting with the cook ..... while one young female tried to do the service ........ even there were about 5-6 people on shift .... they were doing what so ever - but not taking care of the customer :-( The setup of the restaurant is nice as well as the decoration, but the staff have definitely no idea what they are doing and how to get an efficient workflow realized :-( after receiving the food orders, there is no attention what so ever paid to the customer any more, even the restaurant was not too busy ( 3 tables each 2 people) :-( the pricing is fair - even when it is on a higher average level, but sitting around between dirty tables full of used plates, pots and glasses makes the time here not really enjoyable :-( even this place is very near to where I live - I will not patronage it again - and any attempt to communicate with the staff requiring for the delays, resulted just in a standard answer like : "one moment" ....... It was quite a sad experience !!!
