Today I wasn't allowed to enter the restaurant. Shocking. I bought a voucher on lazada and asked to sit at the table instead of the counter because I wanted to have proper space and some solitude while eating and 2 soups in a pot. Staff on reception wasn't accomodating, spoke zero English and just told me no, I can't sit at the table. There was no queue, but I was willing to wait in the queue if needed. She said 'tables are not meant for lonely customers'. It was insulting. They also talked behind my back with each other, turning their backs to me. I asked to talk with the manager and she showed zero experience in conflict management and no English as well. Even though I live here, next time I will prefer to go to Seacon Square or choose another restaurant. In any other branch you can seat at the table alone. Never a problem. Don't expect to see Thai hospitality here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ฿400–600
