Shabushi by Oishi has become our main go-to spot whenever we take the family out for dinner, and we end up coming back multiple times a month. The kids absolutely adore watching all the fresh ingredients roll past on the conveyor belt, and it makes mealtime so easy and relaxed for my wife and me. The broth options are always rich and flavorful, and the sliced meats are fresh and tender so they cook up nicely right at the table. The dining room is always kept clean, comfortable, and welcoming for a nice family night out. On top of the fun hot pot setup, their sushi spread and warm side dishes are always fully stocked with plenty of good variety. Everyone in our household leaves completely full and satisfied, which isn't always easy to pull off with a full family. The staff works hard to clear off empty dishes quickly and keep the belt loaded with good selections. We keep returning because it offers wonderful quality for what we pay, and it has easily earned a permanent place in our regular restaurant rotation.
