I recently visited Shake Shack (Citygate) and had a pretty good experience! The food was enjoyable, and I particularly liked the burgers and fries. The service was efficient, and the staff seemed to handle orders well, even during busy times. The atmosphere was pleasant enough for a quick meal. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, Fries, Mushroom Burger

i ordered the burger without cheese since i’m allergic to it. and i arrived home took my first bite just to find out there was still cheese in my burger? i tried to call the restaurant and it said the number was wrong?? how am i supposed to get any compensation i don’t have time to travel all the way back to the restaurant again. worst experience ever. Food: 1
