Space is nice. Burger is average, nothing special. Fries are crispy but the cut is wrong. Price per person: HK$50–100 Recommended dishes: Burgers and Fries

Im not sure if it is a one time thing as this is my 2nd ever time visiting but there is no way the food here could be this bad. First of all, when I tried to order with the kiosk, it is out of the buzzing disk and nobody is there to refill them. I ordered a hot and honey chicken burger and a side of fries and had to wait for 20+ mins just for the takeaway. I dont even know how to describe the fries, they are just "sad". Overpriced, cold, the portion is small, and taste unseasoned. Even McDonald fries are better but nobody could really compare to their fries. The burger lacks the taste of what it was so called to be. Instead of hot and honey, which I fully expect to be sweat and spicy. It just tastes tangy because of the werid herbs and veggies under the chicken. The chicken also lacks flavour and I don't recall tasting any honey at all. Overall, I really hope it is just a one time inconsistent thing as people I knew highly recommend shake shack. Hopefully their actual burgers are better and tastier than the limited edition ones. Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Shake Shack (Pacific Place) and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a modern and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the service is prompt. The food was delicious. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with a perfect balance of meat and toppings. The fries were crispy and golden brown, and the shakes were thick and creamy. The portions were also generous, so I left feeling satisfied but not stuffed. The prices are on the higher side for fast food, but I believe the quality of the food justifies the cost. Overall, I had a great experience at Shake Shack (Pacific Place) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying burger.
