We needed to grab a quick bite before the evening's entertainment, and tried Shake Shack for the first time on a whim. The place was busy, but had nice, upbeat music playing and therefore a great 'diner' vibe going on. We each got a hotdog and chocolate shake, plus cheesy loaded fries to share - all was tasty, and was served up quickly. I'd visit again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Hopeless service at Shake Shack Sentosa. I took my father and one of the staff members at the entrance were extremely rude and terrible with their attitude towards him and me. Please don't go there. The staff are terrible and I'll be telling everyone not to go there. It is horrible for customers to undergo such an experience. Such a hopeless place. They don't know how to treat customers.
